The SMT reflow oven carrier board (also known as reflow soldering fixture or pallet) is a specialized tool used to support and position PCBs during the reflow soldering process. It is especially suitable for double-sided assembly, irregular-shaped boards, thin PCBs, and boards prone to deformation.

The carrier board is typically made from high-temperature resistant synthetic stone, fiberglass, or anti-static composite materials, capable of withstanding repeated thermal cycles up to 260–300°C with excellent dimensional stability, low warpage, and strong corrosion resistance.

Manufactured by precision CNC machining, the fixture features accurate openings and reliable positioning, effectively preventing PCB sagging, warping, or shifting during soldering, thus significantly improving soldering quality and production consistency.
